It all starts with the skid (aka, the foundation on a pre-fabricated home). Your new home is built on a heavy-duty steel skid tougher than your uncle’s ute but without the rust spots. Because we use premium galvanized steel RHS and Universal Beams.

Because cheap ain’t cheerful when you’re sweating through summer. We use top-quality, Australian-made sandwich panels that are packed with insulation, ensuring you get a home designed to tackle those sweat-inducing days.

After that conversation we’ll provide…
- A detailed, obligation-free quote
- A custom 3D design of your new home
- A referral to Council Approval Group on request
After the design, quote, and timeline is approved…
- Once a 50% deposit is made and the build begins
- When the shell is complete, you’ll receive photo updates (you can also schedule an in-person visit)
- After a further 25% deposit is made then we finalise your new home
- Upon completion of your home, you’ll get another round of photos (or another in-person viewing)
- Delivery is scheduled upon the final 25% being received
