It was the growing number of Queenslanders sleeping in cars and tents — not because they’d given up, but because they were working full time jobs and still couldn’t afford a roof over their heads.
Ancel knew how to build them. Dan knew how to make the numbers work and how to sell without the spin. Fifteen years of working together sealed it. The fit was obvious.
